DANIEL PACKARD
LEAD TRAINER
Daniel Packard is responsible for creating and teaching the GIFT curriculum. The foundation for the GIFT teachings comes from his nearly 15 years of experience (as a coach, teacher and award-winning public speaker) of showing people the beautiful path of improving their lives through increasing their self-love and Inner Fitness.
Besides having graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from U.C. Berkeley and being a pioneer into the study and research of self-love, Daniel was also a professional stand up comedian for over ten years. Which is why all of his trainings are so fun and funny. And fun fact: Back in 1997, he was the host of one of the first podcasts that ever existed.

ADDICTION SPECIALIST
Because of Leah's deep devotion to helping people (she is a licensed social worker) she was a natural fit to be on the GIFT board. And with her extensive experience running the Alexandria Rehabilitation Center for SANCA (South Africa's National Addiction Resource) Leah has been invaluable in helping design the GIFT to be as effective as possible in places effected by poverty and economic hardship.

And is therefore passionate about bringing Inner Health and Inner Fitness to the people of South Africa and the world. Dr. Weyers runs her own medical clinic in Johannesburg.

Puja Deepanjali - Puja is an Associate Specialist at The Global Fund (the world's largest funder of AIDS prevention in developing nations) in Geneva, Switzerland.
She introduced mindfulness at The Global Fund and is the creator and founder of Creativeness Festival, which brings an innovative mindfulness curriculum (which she created) to the children in her homeland of Nepal. Because of her interest and experience in inner health education, she has been very helpful at guiding the progress and direction of Global Inner Fitness.

Through the running of his Cognitive Neuroscience of Stress Lab, Dr. Buchanan has extensive experience collecting and measuring psychological data for science and academia, and is therefore highly qualified to advise Global Inner Fitness in how best to collect data proving that the Global Inner Fitness Curriculum can dramatically help with stress and addiction.

Because Cristian is a devout Buddhist (and deeply appreciate teachings based in love and compassion) he loves supporting the loving philosophy and teachings of what GIFT is bringing to the world.
