About Daniel
Fusing his passion for efficiency and effectiveness (he is a Mechanical Engineer) with his love of making people laugh (he's also a professional stand-up comedian) Daniel spent over fifteen years to develop a revolutionary effective solution to personal improvement. A solution that was effective enough to give people the power to be completely free of what holds them back, but playful enough to make their journey to freedom as fun and inviting as possible.
Because his tools and systems are deeply effective, but also practical and easy to learn, Daniel Packard is a highly sought after human performance trainer at universities, schools, clinics, and companies throughout Asia, Europe, U.S. Canada and Mexico.
When the research revealed Daniel's 'Selfware Upgrade' approach to be pioneeringly effective at solving many of our planet's toughest problems, Daniel founded his non-profit Global Inner Fitness Training. With G.I.F.T. Daniel travels the world, working with non-profits in developing regions (in Africa and India) to bring effective inner solutions for addiction, anxiety, violence, poverty, self-esteem and bullying.
Daniel is also the author of ‘The Simple Mechanics of Confidence’ as well an award-winning speaker and trainer that has given over 500 trainings and speeches to over 100,000 people on 4 continents.
Daniel also really loves peach gelato and is a surpisingly groovy dancer.
In fact, here is a video of Daniel at a dance-off between the speakers at a personal development conference he spoke at.

In his own words
Hey it's Daniel
I appreciate you're interested in the work I do. And I appreciate that you haven't given up on yourself and are still striving to make a better life for yourself.
On some level I think everything I've gone through both good and bad (especially the bad) was to help me help people like you. People that have tried a lot of things already to improve their lives, but not matter what they try: The patterns keep repeating. The relationships keep collapsing. The insecurity keeps happening. The overall lack of fulfillment just keeps following you around.
That is where I started out. I was painfully insecure, anxious, cared way too much what people thought of me, my love life was so sad and painful it should have been sponsored by Kleenex. And so I thought 'I know... I will go work on myself.'
So I became obsessed with spiritual and personal development classes, videos, workshops, trainings, heck I was probably even in a cult at one point and didn't even know it. The point is, if was part of personal growth, I did it.
Sounds good right? How could working on yourself be a bad idea? Well because after spending $100,000 and 10 years of my life working on myself I never really felt all that much better.
Sure I learned some things. Sure I had more awareness about my patterns. But I was still dealing with the patterns. I was still doing symptom management
I thought to myself
'something is really off here.'
If you went to a gym for ten years and still more or less looked the same would you keep going to that gym? Of course not.
But when it comes to spirituality and personal development we accept this.
But I am a Mechanical Engineer and decided to see if there was a better way.
Turns out there is.
There is a much better way.
And this what I want to share with you.
So you can move beyond symptom management
And experience full life liberation.
Sound good?
Heck yeah it does!
